Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse at Mease Countryside Hospital for a part-time role. The RN will provide direct patient care, follow the nursing process, and uphold clinical standards with supervision.

Responsibilities include delegating tasks, maintaining professional accountability, and pursuing ongoing professional development. Requirements include BLS, RN license, ACLS if department requires it, and 6+ months of RN experience.

Qualifications

• BLS, RN license, and ACLS if required by department.
• Associate or Diploma nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• New Grad RN or RN student may apply to Clinical Nurse Residency.

Responsibilities

• Cares for a group of patients with minimum supervision applying the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Is responsible for professional accountability and seeks opportunities to develop.
• Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.
