Job summary

BayCare Health System in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Mease Countryside Hospital. The Clinical Nurse will provide patient care with minimal supervision, delegate tasks to team members, and uphold professional accountability while promoting evidence-based practice.

The position is full-time with an evening shift (6:45pm–7:15am), every-other weekend, and opportunities for professional development, tuition reimbursement, and robust benefits under BayCare’s system.

Qualifications

• RN license required and current in Florida.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ACLS certification if required by department.
• 6+ months RN experience required; New Grad RN considered for residency program.

Responsibilities

• Cares for a group of patients with minimal supervision following the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other health care team members.
• Maintains professional accountability and seeks opportunities to develop.
• Promotes evidence-based clinical care and excellence in patient outcomes.
