Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Med-Surg Registered Nurse for Anderson Hospital in Ohio. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care across medical and surgical patients in a dynamic inpatient setting.

The ideal candidate will have a RN license, a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, and at least one year of RN experience. Oncology, critical care, or acute care experience is preferred, with opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred).
• One year of RN experience (required).
• Current state RN licensure is required; BLS preferred; ACLS acceptable in lieu of BLS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Collect vital signs, administer IV medications, understand charting and assess patient condition.
• Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.
• Administer medications in a safe manner consistent with state practice and Mercy Health policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
