Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Med Surg Oncology RN at Anderson Hospital to deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced unit. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to monitor patients and implement care plans tailored to oncologic and post-surgical needs.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred), current RN licensure in the state, and a minimum of one year of RN experience in an acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure in Ohio (or multi-state).
• One year of RN experience in an acute care setting.
• BLS certification preferred on hire; ACLS acceptable in lieu of BLS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Collect vital signs, administer IV medications, document care.
• Evaluate and adjust plan of care to meet outcomes.
• Administer medications safely per Mercy Health policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
