Job summary

ThedaCare Medical Center – Shawano is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered nursing care across the continuum. You will work with an interprofessional team to deliver high-quality outcomes, manage care plans, and ensure safety.

The role requires Wisconsin RN licensure (BSN preferred or pursuing within five years), with ACLS/PALS and BLS certifications as specified. Scheduling includes Day Shift with weekend coverage and a 0.75 FTE commitment."

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN licensure.
• BSN preferred; commitment to obtain within five years if not yet obtained.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing accepted for hires before 23 Jan 2017.
• CPR/BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required as specified by departments.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process and evidence-based practice to assess patient needs.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to plan and provide high-quality care.
• Demonstrate clinical expertise across assigned specialty and age-related care.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient experience and care efficiency while controlling costs.
• Mentor and engage colleagues; maintain positive interprofessional relationships.
