You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and adjust care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• RN license in Florida required.
• BLS CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, development, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluating and revising as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Document patient information, care activities, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Ensure infection control protocols and safety standards are followed.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families and participate in performance improvement.
