Lourdes Health, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Med/Surg RN for a full-time day shift in Pasco, WA. You will provide comprehensive nursing care for medical/surgical patients on a 25-bed unit, with a patient ratio around 1:5 and a supportive, collaborative team.

Eligible candidates can earn a wage scale of $42.14–$78.11 per hour with a $10,000–$20,000 sign-on bonus. Union contract, rotating weekends/holidays, and benefits are offered.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Certifications: BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
• Experience: 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to medical and surgical patients.
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality and safety initiatives.
• Provide patient-centered care in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
