Job summary

Lourdes Health, part of Lifepoint Health, invites an experienced RN to join the Emergency Department in Pasco, WA. This union full-time role offers 12-hour shifts (3x12s) on a mid shift, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and patient-centered care.

Eligible candidates must hold an active RN license, a nursing degree, and ED experience. The position includes a $10,000–$20,000 commitment-incentive bonus and competitive benefits within a supportive health system.

Qualifications

• RN license active in the state where employed.
• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree from an accredited nursing program.
• ACLS, BCLS, PALS; NIHSS within 90 days of hire.
• 1–3 years of RN ED experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform plan-of-care interventions including medications, specimen collection, and treatments.
• Document patient care and monitor patient conditions for the care team.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and coordinating transfers or discharges.
• Educate patients and families, and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Provide flexible coverage across shifts/units as needed.
