Job summary

Lourdes Health in Pasco, WA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room to join our Surgical Services team. This union position offers 8-hour day shifts from 0700 to 1530, with on-call rotation including evenings and weekends.

Requirements include a current Washington RN license (compact acceptable), a BSN or ADN, BLS; ACLS and PALS within six months; and at least two years of OR experience. Competitive pay with a $20,000 commitment incentive and shift differentials available.

Qualifications

• Active Washington RN license (single-state) or compact acceptable.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room and ensure equipment is ready.
• Perform circulating nurse duties during procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and safety in the OR.
• Support case flow by anticipating team needs.
• Communicate with surgeons, anesthesia, and staff.
