AdventHealth is hiring an RN in Rome, GA. The role provides comprehensive nursing care, medication administration, patient education, and discharge planning. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

RN with active US license required
Associate Nursing degree required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Fluent in English
1+ year hospital/acute care experience
BLS CPR certification

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop SMART care plans with patients and families.
Administer medications and perform procedures such as wound care and IV therapy.
Educate patients and families and provide discharge instructions.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
Document care activities accurately in EMR and medical records.
Participate in quality improvement activities and evidence-based practice.
Assist with bedside shift reports and patient handoffs.
