Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse to provide patient care in medical–surgical units and specialties. You will apply the nursing process, assess needs, implement plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and high quality care.

Prerequisites include ADN or Nursing Diploma, Arizona RN license (or compact), BLS, and unit‑specific certifications. Service excellence, compassion, and teamwork are emphasized across shifts.

Qualifications

• ADN or Nursing Diploma graduate with active RN license.
• Arizona RN license or compact state RN license.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Basic EKG competency within 3 months of hire.
• PALS/ACLS/NRP as specified per unit (varies by specialty).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following standards and regulations and utilize the nursing process.
• Assess patient health data, develop/implement/ evaluate plan of care, and communicate with team.
• Coordinate with physicians, staff, and family to ensure quality patient outcomes.
