Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Registered Nurse for Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, Inc. The role covers 36-hour day/evening shifts with every other weekend and holiday commitments at 7 North.

The RN is responsible for planning and delivering patient care per Nursing Standards of Care, and for applying the Patient and Family Centered Care model. Qualifications include a BSN and Massachusetts RN Licensure.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Massachusetts RN Licensure required.
• Medical/surgical/telemetry experience preferred.
• Adheres to I.C.A.R.E standards.
• Ability to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide patient care for assigned patients in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care.
• Demonstrate initiative, knowledge and clinical skills for complex patient needs.
• Manage patient assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Support Patient and Family Centered Care in best-practice environments.
