Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted RN license in Montana or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be active or completed within 6 months of hire.
• Experience: No minimum experience required; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Care for pediatric and adult patients with acute medical conditions or during pre-/post-surgical care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide support and education.
• Provide clinical leadership on the floor to LPNs, CNAs, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate electronic health documentation of patient status and treatments.
