Job summary

Carle Health in Illinois is seeking an experienced RN for the Medical-Surgical unit (R4). Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Illinois (RN licensure).
• BLS within 30 days of hire (AHA).
• ACLS within 1 year of hire (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessment on admission and develop a care plan.
• Implement nursing interventions and monitor patient status.
• Maintain accurate documentation to support care and communication.
• Administer medications following the 5 rights and physician orders.
• Ensure safety: fall precautions, isolation, and ambulation support.
