Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform unit-specific nursing care and document accurately in the EMR.
• Complete initial assessment and develop care plans per unit standards.
• Administer medications following the 5 Rights and safety protocols.
• Ensure patient safety with fall prevention and isolation precautions.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and families.
