Job summary

At Home Healthcare of Middle Tennessee in Johnson City, TN seeks a compassionate registered nurse to join our hospital-based care team. You will deliver a range of patient services, apply clinical knowledge to meet individualized goals, and uphold the highest standards of professional conduct.

This role requires an active TN RN license (or compact), at least two years of nursing experience in a hospital setting, strong communication and confidentiality, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid State nursing license or a compact-state license.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience in your specialty.
• Ability to cope with the emotional needs of patients and families.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Respect for patient privacy and maintaining confidentiality.
• Current TN driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• BLS, PALS & ACLS Certification (Depending on floor).
• Current TB skin test.
• Must be able to pass employee screening (background check, drug testing, MVR, licensure verification, abuse registry, OIG).
• 2 letters of recommendation, resume & immunization records.
• 2 References.
• Pass a routine physical (Depending on accepted facility).
