Job summary

At Home Healthcare of Middle Tennessee seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospital setting. You will assess, plan, and implement care to meet individualized goals and maintain patient dignity, privacy and autonomy.

Requirements include an active TN nursing license (compact acceptable), minimum 2 years nursing experience in your specialty, strong communication, teamwork, and compliance with confidentiality and safety standards; valid TB test

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• You must have a valid State nursing license or a license from a compact state.
• At least 2 year of nursing experience in your specialty
• Ability to cope with the emotional needs of patients and their families
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Respecting the patient's privacy and maintaining confidentiality
• Current TN driver's license and automobile liability insurance
• BLS, PALS & ACLS Certification (Depending on floor)
• Current TB skin test
• You must be able to satisfy employee screening results (background check, drug testing, motor vehicle report, licensure verification, abuse registry, OIG excluded individuals)
• 2 letters of recommendation, resume & immunization records
• 2 References
• Pass a routine physical (Depending on accepted facility)
