Job summary

At Home Healthcare of Middle Tennessee is seeking a qualified nurse to join our hospital-based patient care team. You will deliver comprehensive nursing services, apply clinical knowledge, and support patient-centered outcomes in collaboration with the care team.

The ideal candidate holds a valid RN license (state or compact), has 2+ years of nursing experience, and demonstrates strong communication and confidentiality. You will complete required screenings and maintain professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid nursing license (state or compact) and be in good standing.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience in the specialty.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Able to pass routine employee screenings and background check.

Qualifications

This job requires a person who can work independently, yet never forget that continuous care requires a team effort. Additional requirements include:

• You must have a valid State nursing license or a license from a compact state.
• At least 2 year of nursing experience in your specialty
• Ability to cope with the emotional needs of patients and their families
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Respecting the patient's privacy and maintaining confidentiality
• Current TN driver's license and automobile liability insurance
• BLS, PALS & ACLS Certification (Depending on floor)
• Current TB skin test
• You must be able to satisfy employee screening results (background check, drug testing, motor vehicle report, licensure verification, abuse registry, OIG excluded individuals)
• 2 letters of recommendation, resume & immunization records
• 2 References
• Pass a routine physical (Depending on accepted facility)
