Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, CNA/CPTC, or enrolled in a healthcare career program; current Mercy co-worker accepted.
• Licensure: None required.
• Experience: None required; healthcare experience helpful such as CNA.
• Certifications: BLS required within one month; PCA competencies within 3 months; CNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under RN/LPN direction, assist in individualized patient care to achieve highest wellness.
• Work cooperatively with team and perform designated clinical procedures and non-clinical tasks.
