Qualifikationen

• Med Surg experience preferred.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN: Associate Degree required; BSN preferred.
• Membership in Professional Nursing Organizations encouraged.

Aufgaben

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor responses, and document care in the medical record.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and respond promptly to patient requests and needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up steps, translating medical terminology as needed.
