Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsibilities

• Build foundational skills through Nurse Residency and Preceptor orientation.
• Develop skills in time management, triaging, communication, pharmacology, lab interpretation, and disease pathophysiology.
• Coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Develop collaborative relationships with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide 12-hour shift-based patient care with a focus on safety and compassion.
• Contribute to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care to diverse populations.
