Job summary

Spring Valley Hospital in Las Vegas, part of The Valley Health System, seeks an RN to provide safe, patient-centered nursing care in a dynamic hospital setting. You will lead and support the care team, following evidence-based policies, standards, and the hospital philosophy to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active Nevada RN license, BSN preferred, and at least 1 year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Nevada.
• PALS or NRP Certification may be required by department.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care per facility policies and standards.
• Offers professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversees and guides staff under supervision.
