The Valley Health System is seeking a Nursing Manager for Centennial Hills Hospital to oversee 24-hour operations on the assigned unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff performance. BSN is required, with active Nevada RN licensure and BCLS certification.

Two years of clinical experience and one to two years of progressive management experience are expected, with emphasis on leadership, teamwork, and adherence to standards of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN required.
• Minimum of two years clinical experience and one to two years progressive management experience.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada; BCLS certification.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate care.
• Incumbents must meet BSN educational requirements as noted by 1/1/2022.
