Job summary

Samuel Merritt University seeks a regular, open-rank faculty member to teach medical-surgical nursing in the ABSN program on the Sacramento campus. The role includes teaching, scholarship, and service, with responsibilities spanning course development, evaluation, and student mentorship.

Qualifications

• Earned master’s in nursing required.
• Doctorate in nursing or related field preferred.
• Teaching experience with diverse students preferred.
• Unencumbered California RN license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Teach medical-surgical nursing in the ABSN program.
