Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support registered nurses by performing delegated patient care activities and engaging with the hospital's customer service program. You will be accountable to the Nurse Manager or designee for all duties.

Required education includes a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved Nursing Assistant Program or current nursing student with clinical rotation. BLS is required; CNA is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant Program or current nursing student with at least one clinical rotation required or equivalent experience.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Assists the RN by performing patient care activities delegated to unlicensed nursing staff.
• Incorporates the Hospital's Customer Service Program into patient care activities.
• Accountable to the Nurse Manager or designee for all activities.
