Qualifications

• Requires Associate's degree of Nursing or foreign equivalent.
• One year nursing experience.
• Licensure: Valid compact state or Arizona Nursing license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Demonstrates competency in basic EKG skills within six months.

Responsibilities

• Provides assessment planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for patients from adolescent to geriatric.
• Handles patients with more complex situations with supervision.
• Assists with managing patient care administered by other nursing staff.
• Assumes responsibilities of Primary Nurse and Team Leader.
