Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care across multiple units in a high-quality health system. The RN will use the nursing process to assess needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate patient responses with compassion and professionalism.

The role requires AZ RN licensure (or compact), BLS, and unit-specific certifications. Strong teamwork and willingness to participate in ongoing education are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or graduate of a Nursing Diploma program.
• Current, valid Arizona RN license or compact state RN license.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• Basic EKG competency within 3 months of hire.
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire (Pediatrics)
• ACLS certification within 3 months of hire (various units)

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per the nursing process and standards.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and care planning.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure quality patient care.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise plans as needed.
• Assist with orientation of new staff as requested.
