Job summary

Kingman Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care under the supervision of physicians and in accordance with the Arizona Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based care, conducting nursing assessments, and developing and evaluating care plans to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or nursing diploma program completed.
• Current, valid Arizona RN license or compact state RN license.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Basic EKG competency within 3 months of hire for Medical Surgical Units.
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire for Pediatrics.
• ACLS and other specialized certifications as applicable per unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care to patients and coordinate with the care team.
• Perform nursing assessments using the nursing process and develop the plan of care.
• Implement, monitor, and reassess interventions; evaluate patient responses.
• Assist with orientation of new staff and maintain patient safety and quality of care.

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing or graduate of a Nursing Diploma program
