GI Alliance in Sun City, AZ, invites applications for a Director, ASC (RN) to lead the ambulatory surgery center's administrative, clinical, and operational functions. You will partner with operational leadership to ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality patient care.

The role requires RN licensure, a BSN, and supervisory experience with fiscal responsibilities. You will guide staff development, credentialing, and policy implementation while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice in the state of the center
• BSN required; MSN preferred
• Nursing degree from an accredited institution

Responsabilités

• Develops and implements strategic plans, goals, objectives, and performance standards to support the ASC's success.
• Manages and directs the overall operations of the facility, including administrative, clinical, nursing, and support functions.
• Oversees daily operations to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality patient care.
• Supervises nursing and administrative staff and promotes a positive work environment.
• Determines staffing requirements to meet operational needs and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Maintains an environment that promotes patient safety and quality care.
• Develops and maintains facility policies per standards and regulations.
• Monitors clinical outcomes and performance metrics; implements improvements.
• Manages budgets and cost-containment initiatives; supports growth of ASC.
