• Leads and develops staff through onboarding, orientation and ongoing training.
• Supports strategic planning, goal setting, and day-to-day operational plans.
• Monitors productivity and efficiency, identifies improvements and implements actions.
• Collaborates with health system, EMS, and community to improve access to care and volumes.
