Qualifications

• Active New York Nursing license, out of state nurses are still eligible to apply
• Completion of an accredited LPN program
• BLS (new hires have the opportunity to obtain these certifications during introductory period)

Responsibilities

• Dispenses medication within scope of practice and accurately documents in patients EMR
• Obtaining data related to patient care and recording accurately in the patients EMR
• Reports abnormal findings or changes in mental, and emotional conditions of the patient to the RN
