Aufgaben
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of a RN or Med-Surg Charge Nurse.
- Assist in data collection for RN assessment.
- Perform plan of care interventions and wound care; may administer medications.
- Assist in development of plan of care.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living.
- Monitor and communicate patient status to RN, physician, and families.
- Advocate for patient physical and emotional well-being.
