Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision, monitor vital signs and assist with activities of daily living.
• Conduct focused patient assessments and report changes to the team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed, ensuring safety.
• Assist in development, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
• Document patient care, interventions, and observations in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols.
• Assist with basic procedures such as wound care and specimen collection.
• Participate in orientation and training of new staff or nursing students.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies for patient care.
