Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a part-time Med/Surg RN (0.6 FTE) for nights in Wisconsin across designated zones. The role requires 2 years Med/Surg experience, BLS and ACLS, and self-scheduling with potential float duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program with RN licensure.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred or required as noted.
• Active RN license in the state where services are delivered; compact license acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and documents in EHR.
• Communicates with patients, families, and care team; delegates appropriately.
• May float to other units within the service area as needed.
