Qualifications

• Must have RN license to work at the assigned HMH location by date of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum of six months of relevant nursing experience or active Nurse Residency with Hackensack Meridian Health.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Oversee and delegate nursing care, validating and evaluating outcomes.
• Coordinate patient care activities among nursing staff, physicians and support services.

Education

Associate degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing

BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years
