Lowell General Hospital in Lowell, MA is seeking a MedSurg Float Pool RN for fast-paced care spanning two campuses. You will float between units, supporting medsurg and mixed acuity patients, with a weekend rotation and a 36-hour work week.

Minimum qualifications include MA RN licensure and BLS; BSN preferred. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, discharge planning, and professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure required or eligible for licensure in MA.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Department-specific certifications relevant to unit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients per physician orders.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for designated groups.
• Coordinate care and educate patients and families throughout hospitalization.
