Mass General Brigham's Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for night shifts (7pm–7am), 24 hours weekly, in Dover, NH. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for nurses with 1+ years of experience.

The role involves providing safe and compassionate nursing care, interpreting care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Qualifications include an RN license, BLS, and 0–1 year clinical nursing experience.

Summary

Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessing patients' clinical needs and nursing care requirements, ensuring safe and competent nursing care, providing individualized patient care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.
