Job Summary

2-12hr Shifts working 7pm-7am $5,000 Sign on Bonus! Salary Range: $38.71 - $67.87 Summary Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care; assessing patients’ clinical needs and determining appropriate nursing care; ensuring nursing care is provided in a safe, competent, and compassionate manner; providing individualized patient care; and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.

Essential Functions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient reports and records.
  • Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions, side effects, and therapeutic responses.
  • Record patients’ medical information and vital signs accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor, document, and report symptoms, changes in patients’ conditions, and other significant findings.
  • Consult and collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  • Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients’ responses, conditions, and clinical needs.
Qualifications
  • Education Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred

  • Licenses and Credentials Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required
  • Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers required

  • Neonatal Resuscitation Certification [NRP] - American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification [PALS] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred
  • Experience Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Familiarity with the principles and skills needed for practical nursing to provide patient care and treatment.
  • - Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided.
  • - Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
