Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to assigned patients in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care.
• Float among inpatient units in Med Surg Float Pool to care for patients where needed.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care; report to nurse manager or supervisor.
• Support Patient and Family Centered Care Model in practice settings.
