Job summary

Baystate Health in Springfield, MA seeks a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support RNs with direct patient care, hygiene, mobility, and monitoring. The role includes phlebotomy, EKGs, specimen handling, and bedside procedures as needed on the unit.

You will assist with treatment plans, observe patient conditions, document accurately, and communicate with the care team. Requires GED/HiSET, BLS, CNA or equivalent experience, and fluent English.

Responsibilities
