Job summary

St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK is seeking a CNA to join a valued team delivering high-quality patient care under nursing supervision. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and compassionate care in a Top Workplace environment named by The Oklahoman.

You will assist with activities of daily living, take vital signs, and support the nursing staff on day shifts. The position is PRN; prior CNA experience and a Oklahoma CNA license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Current Oklahoma Certified Nurse Aide license.
• BLS certification required before orientation.
• Experience with CNA duties preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• De-escalation training completed within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and vital signs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in care of hospital patients under the direction of nursing and medical staff.
• Maintain standards of nursing care and promote teamwork.
• Take and record vital signs, I&O, and assist with activities of daily living.
• Complete shift assignments and document accordingly.
