Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma Certified Nurse Aide license is required.

• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in care of hospital patients under nursing direction and promote teamwork among staff.
• Adhere to nursing standards of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulation).
• Take and record vital signs and I&Os; manage ice packs and specialty appliances.
• Complete shift-change worksheets within 30 minutes after hand-off.
