Job summary

St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK is seeking a dedicated CNA to join a Top Workplace recognized by the Oklahoman for five consecutive years. You will help provide compassionate patient care and contribute to high safety standards in a respected acute care setting.

Under nursing supervision you will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the care team. The hospital offers competitive compensation, tuition assistance, medical/dental/vision

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Current Oklahoma Certified Nurse Aide license.
• BLS is required prior to beginning orientation or working on a floor.
• Experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Assist with activities of daily living ( bathing, skin care, dressing, feeding, ambulating, etc. ).
• Take and record vital signs and I&O; apply ice bags and specialty appliances.
• Complete or review worksheets for patient care within 30 minutes of shift change.
• Demonstrates knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate care.
• Obtains and documents vital signs as instructed per policy and nurse.

• Assist in care of hospital patients under the direction of nursing and the medical staff.
