Johnson Regional Medical Center in Clarksville, AR is hiring a CNA or PCT (can be uncertified) for a full-time night shift in the Med/Surg unit. You will assist patients with activities of daily living and provide basic nursing care under RN supervision in a safe, clean environment.

This position emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and responsiveness to patient needs in a fast-paced hospital setting. Eligibility includes CNAs or PCTs with current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Preferred High School graduate or equivalent.
• Successful completion of certified nursing assistant program.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Provide basic nursing care to non-acutely ill patients.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment under RN supervision.
• Assist in admission, transfer and discharge.
• Communicate changes in patient status to the nurse.
