TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital in Kentucky is seeking a Med Surg Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead patient care coordination and nursing staff during the shift. You will partner with management to uphold quality patient outcomes and support a culture of safety and service excellence.

The CNC will ensure efficient throughput, participate in quality assessments, and drive teamwork across disciplines to enhance the patient experience in a 200+ bed facility serving Southern Kentucky.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in nursing with current RN licensure requirement.
• Experience coordinating nursing care in a hospital setting preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS may be needed depending on unit.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees patient care coordination on the unit during the shift.
• Directs nursing staff and resources to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborates with management to monitor quality metrics and improve outcomes.
• Engages in service recovery and staff development activities.
• Assists with staff scheduling and productivity adherence.
• Manages inventory and supplies for unit operations.
