Job summary

TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in the ER to lead nursing care and coordinate the unit during shifts. You will work with the management team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and to support an environment that promotes excellent clinical outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years ER RN experience, BSN, and certifications (ACLS, BLS, NRP, etc.).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ER RN experience required.
• ACLS within 90 days of start date.
• BLS within 30 days of start date.
• Neonatal Resuscitation within 6 months.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days.
• PALS within 90 days.
• STABLE within 6 months.
• RN licensed nurse (RN).
• BSN or Bachelor's degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Advise on admission and discharge to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with management to monitor and improve nursing care quality.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet patient care needs.
• Lead staff development, training, and performance evaluations.
• Support inventory control and equipment management.
