Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Rio Rancho, NM seeks a Charge RN for our Med/Surg Unit. This full-time, 0.90 FTE night shift offers leadership over nursing staff, patient flow, and care delivery in a warm, team-focused environment.

We provide opportunities for growth, tuition reimbursement, safety initiatives, shift differentials, malpractice insurance, loan forgiveness, and EPIC electronic charting. Licensed NM or Compact RN with ADN/BSN/MSN and BLS required; minimum one year of nursing

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• RN license in NM or Compact State.
• ADN/BSN/MSN from an accredited program; BLS required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate patient care activities, including admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Assign and adjust nursing staff based on patient acuity and staff competency.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nurses, promoting best practices.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory standards and infection control.
