• Coordinate staff meetings under the Coordinator.
• Identify systems problems that affect client care.
• Develop and implement standards of client care.
• Assess patient needs and evaluate nursing care effectiveness.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary conferences and discharge planning.
• Assist in developing and presenting in-service programs.
• Support departmental goals, policies, and confidentiality.
