Job summary

Qualifications

• Three-plus years nursing experience with leadership exposure.
• Ability to supervise staff, coordinate care and resources.
• Experience in acute care or skilled nursing is favored.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel and participate in applicant interviews.
• Monitor staffing, participate in budget trend analysis and coordinate staff meetings.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and ensure care standards.
• Educate staff through in-service programs and clinical orientation.
• Support problem solving and communication across shifts.
