Qualifications

• Ventilator management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians.
• Maintain accurate observation and assessment of patients.
• Respond quickly to changes in condition and treatment response.
• Document symptoms, reactions, and progress.
• Administer medical treatments and examinations.
• Plan, implement, evaluate, and manage nursing care.
• Guide activities of other nursing staff while upholding standards.
• Promote health and disease prevention; support patient coping.
• Educate patients, families, and communities about care.
